Maui Cattle Company sold its first steak in 2002 in Lahaina, Maui. But our roots in the Hawaiian Cattle industry go back generations to 1873 to a time when Hawaiian beef came from Hawaiian cattle that were born in Hawaii. Raised in Hawaii. Frustrated with the poor quality of beef available in local markets, a group of Maui ranchers decided to bring Hawaiian beef back to Hawaii and started Maui Cattle Company. The goal was simple, to produce a premium Hawaiian beef from Hawaiian cattle that was 100% All Natural. Beef that tasted better than you could buy anywhere in the world.
