Maui Cattle Company™ sold its first steak in 2002 in Lahaina, Maui. But our roots in the Hawaiian Cattle industry go back generations to 1873 — to a time when Hawaiian beef came from Hawaiian cattle that were born in Hawaii. Raised in Hawaii. Without growth stimulants, antibiotics or artificial ingredients.
Frustrated with the poor quality of beef available in local markets, a group of Maui ranchers decided to bring Hawaiian beef back to Hawaii and started Maui Cattle Company. The goal was simple, to produce a premium Hawaiian beef from Hawaiian cattle that was 100% All Natural. Beef that tasted better than you could buy anywhere in the world.
